There are so many benefits to drinking tea and not to mention the delicious taste it has.
Ever since I was younger, I really enjoyed black tea, but it had to be strong. I had started drinking bagged tea and later learned about herbal teas. I would drink tea almost everyday and reap all the health benefits. Later on my buddy pretty much laughed at me for drinking bagged tea because mostly you miss out on true flavour of the tea. He introduced me to loose leaf tea and a few different brands. He taught me different steep methods and the types of infusers you can get. I admired him for that and he was very knowledgeable when it came to tea.
When tea is bagged it doesn’t allow the full flavor of the leaves to steep. Bagged teas also don’t have full leaves, but rather tiny pieces of leaves so you will never get the full flavour and the full health benefits you would compared to loose leaf tea. Most tea bags, especially tea you buy from regular supermarkets have toxins such as bleach in their bags. This also destroys the taste of the tea. This is probably why the majority may not drink tea; that’s because they buy bagged tea and miss out on all the good stuff.
There are many benefits tea provides you. I personally love the taste of various types of teas. The flavour of them is really delicious, especially if you buy the right ones. There are even luxurious teas and when I drink them I feel calm and amazing. Tea also helps me relax and be calm. I am constantly steeping several to dozens of cups of tea throughout the day to enjoy. The herbs in tea are also very healthy for you. Tea was used as a medicine hundreds and thousands of years ago and can treat certain things. It can also prevent certain things, but it is also nutritional for your body. Let’s take dandelion root for example. Dandelion root is the root of dandelion that you can steep as tea. It can also be found in an herbal tea blend. One of dandelion root main benefit is is the ability to help out with digestion. It also can be used in a detox regimen. I grew up always being told that dandelions are weeds in the backyard that must go. But, in fact they are a very healthy herb that you can reap health benefits. There are so many herbs that can be mixed together to make herbal blend tea.
There are so many health benefits that you can get from various types of loose leaf tea. There are different types of tea such as rooibos, white, black, pu-erh, herbal, herbal blends, green, and many more. It will take some time to find out what exactly is right for you, but once you find it, you will admire it as a forever gift. Lately, I am really into organic herbal blend teas. Mostly the ones that are really pure and earthy. Drinking teas like this make me feel balanced and give me overall clarity. I swear, I am addicted to tea.
Three recent tea brands I bought are Two Leaves Tea, Mountain Rose Herbs, and Tea Forte. I have gotten teas from dozens of other locations, but a few more I recommend are Adagio Teas, Teavivre, and Teasenz. I also love the teas from My, Myself, and Tea. Sometimes I feel like getting a way from reality, disconnecting, and bringing my tea with me. It is truly amazing and I can’t wait to have more opportunities to do this.
Lastly, teas from China have some of the best teas. I know some people are against China for certain things, but you must try their teas before you can make judgment. I will be posting a review on my favourite tea companies.
